Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not guaranteed to be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, natural calamity or disaster, poor weather conditions, civil unrest, or Suspension of service rendered by third-party carriers, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery time estimates are based on the provided time estimates submitted by either the third-party carrier service chosen by the customer. Time estimates are not guaranteed, unless specifically described by the chosen rate for the specific zone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO


Please check to make sure that the shipping address for your product(s) delivery is correct before processing your payments, we can not make changes to the shipping address after payments have been processed and received, you the "buyer/customer’ are solely responsible for making sure your shipping address is correct.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours unless the third-party carrier is experiencing difficulties.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. lf you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing Packages

In the event that a package is missing due to the negligence of Perfumes by JJ, the order will be refunded immediately once the error has been found on our part. Please contact us at or call +1(800) 498-9835 Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST for customer service.

In the event that a package is missing due to the negligence of a third-party carrier or theft while in the position of the 3rd party carrier, please file a missing mail searches and claims with the third-party carriers (ie: UPS or USPS) which can take up to, but not limited to, 90 days to complete their investigation for your claim.

Local Delivery

Same day delivery is currently available for orders placed before 10 am EST in the following areas, Lower Miami, Mid Miami, and Upper Miami, Lower Fort Lauderdale, Mid Fort Lauderdale, and Upper Fort Lauderdale, if your order is placed before the stated time your delivery is guaranteed for same day, and this applies to local residents only in the mentioned areas, there is no specific times for the delivery, but it will be there before end of the day, same day deliveries are subject to change during holidays, and if weather conditions prohibits.

International shipping is currently limited. It is recommend to use an international shipping or freight forwarding company that specializes in the desired country or territory of where it is being shipped.
